Contract Conditions
Customer contracted boat tour service of the Port of Palma, redeemable within 1 month of purchase.
Upon reservation, the customer must include the desired tour time as well as boarding point, either the Escalera Real or the Muelle de Golondrinas.
Included in the price, the customer may enjoy a typical Spanish Jamón Tapa on board the boat and during the trip; beverages not included in the price.
Ticket price is always indicated in euros, including VAT.
SERVICE CONDITIONS: Service consists of a tour aboard the boat Mar y sol II, provided by MARCO POLO CRUISES, for the duration of one hour, through the Port and Bay of Palma.
Cancellation of reservation
You may cancel your reservation within 24 hours after purchase with the full amount refunded minus an administrative management fee of 3 euros, after which time, refund of the purchase price will not be possible.
A full refunded may only be applied for the following reasons:
Cancellation of trip due to poor sea conditions
Cancellation of trip due to boat malfunction
Cancellation of trip due to minimum allowable number of passengers (4 passengers)
Conditions to consider on the boat
Children may not travel unaccompanied by an adult
Respect all other boats and cruises in the port of Palma
It is forbidden to throw objects / trash overboard.
The boat offers on-board bar and WC services.
